  • Atomic, electronic and optical properties of nanosized objects and biological molecules with the Density Functional theory (DFT) and the Augmented Plane Wave (APW) theory
  • Atomic and electronic structure of metals, vacancies, nanoclusters and nanowires with the NRL-Tight Binding (NRL-TB) theory and the NRL-TB molecular dynamics simulations
  • Structural, mechanical, vibrational and diffusion properties of metals (alloys) with classical semi-empirical molecular dynamics simulations (emphasis on surfaces, nanostructured and nanosized objects)
